New-build homes
Many new-builds are handed over with bare floors or basic carpet. We can fit the whole house in one visit, carpet upstairs plus LVT or vinyl in the kitchen, hall and bathroom. New-build floors are usually flat, which keeps prep costs down.

New-build doors are often hung for thin floors. When thicker carpet or LVT goes down we trim doors on the day so they close cleanly.
